i9250 boots to CWM

hello,

My Galaxus Nexus boots to CWM Recovery always. i cant boot into android. i can go into Fastbbot.

info:
i9250 unlocked was running CyanogenMod the latest version

i want to go back to stock and i usually use the Nexus Toolkit by SkipSoft or wugFresh but they cant detect the phone in the current state.

any idea how i should start to tackle the situation
