i have a samsung s3 running 4.1.9 help me

i have a samsung galaxy s3 which i bought from thailand.....but there is a fault in it that it runs on the chinese android version 4.1.9 yeah you heard it right 4.1.9...the problem is when i clicked on that 4.1.9 it shows jellybean logo and then after clicking that jellybean logo it show ics :( ..... i want to know that is it possible to remove android 4.1.9 and install official android in it like 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 etc please help with the process of doing it
