i formatted internal-sd wrong way now i can't see

i formatted internal-sd wrong way now i can't see i was use programe rufus for bootfrom flash memory ,and was to both are coonect my flash and my phone xperia go so i formated my st27i and quickly i remove the wire so now i cant see the sd internal storage 4gb
