HTC one mini stuck on HTC logo after I cleared cache in TWRP.

I have HTC one mini
M4_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RI.
HBOOT-2.22.0000
OS-4.04.401.3

Boot loader is unlocked and custom TWRP 2.8.7.0 recovery is installed.

I made a clear cache in TWRP and after that phone is stuck at HTC boot logo.

Now I want to get my phone back to stock or if there is any other way out? Please help.
