HTC ONE M8 screen problem

Hi I have a very strange problem with HTC one M8. Screen is replaced and 2 weeks old it makes the problem only on home screen and some apps when i go to app menu or settings it can go problem free didn't test for how long but couple of minutes . Tried factory reset, reinstalled firmware with RUU problem still exist. As soon as I switch it on it starts to make it, sometimes the screen goes black. Is someone else having that kind of problem. I am wondering is it LCD problem, is it software problem or GPU problem?
