Hey guys, I've been recently having a problem with my HTC. Basically my phone seems to be not receiving any network even though the phones reading the SIM. I thought it could've been my SIM card so I rang my network provider and they sent me a new SIM. But still the same problem because ive tried the SIM on another phone and it works perfectly fine.
I've tried to factory reset the phone yet it hasn't solved the problem :(
A very unusual thing happens as well. Sometimes I will get full service or a few bars and if I try to call anyone then nothing seems to happen - it hangs up after 5seconds. I've also tried to use data when the service comes on for a bit and sometimes it comes up with E which is 2.5g i think? So very slow speed. However this works for about 5s then the network goes again.
I have tried to manually search the network and it sometimes finds it and sometimes doesn't.
Really not sure what the problem is and very concerned :( the phone is over 2 years old but still looks brand new!
