I had a HTC ONE M7 and due to the fact I had to manage 2 SIM's I've bought the dual SIM version, a chinese 802W.
I'm lost because:
1. The phone is running Android 4.4.2 and there is no possibility to upgrade to 5.0 as I had on the normal M7 (actually there is no entry SW update in the Settings).
2. It is claimed to be Dual Active SIM but everytime I call the SIM2 it is always redirected to the voice mail. So I'm not reachable on SIM 2.
Do I have to change something or is this the normal behaviour?
