How to turn Chinese N1 into Taiwanese N1?

Is there anyone who can post an idiot proof guide how to make the Chinese N1 a Taiwanese N1? I have never rooted a phone or a tablet. I am just a user,and like many others I have no idea how to enable google play services on my Chinese N1. Also, it would be great if it could be in the simpleenglish (no super technical terms) like I wrote Idiot proof ( for an idiot like myself 😂 ).
