How to stop adding IP's at hosts file?

Hello, im having a problem after root,

Every hour or minutes , i got an ip added like this
imgur(dot)com/q7gbj0w
replace (dot) with .
And when the ip added, i cant use google services..
Any way to stop adding those ip in my hosts file??
I dont use any adblocker, the problem became after root, if you dont know pls dont write a reply
