How to Sim unlock HTC ONE M8?

**I'm an amateur at posting threads :) **

First I tried to SIM unlock by paying but none of those codes were working, after I rooted my phone, followed some threads and tutorials but none of them worked.

Any solution?

-Android Version : 5.0.1
-Phone is European ( I am located in Europe)
