How to port Cyanogenmod 12.1 on MTK8127 Chinese tablet?

Hello everyone,
Can someone tell me a good Cyanogenmod 12.1 device ROM with same specs with my China tablet (http://www.vitalasc.com/product/vitalAir902.html)
So I can upgrade from the old KitKat to Lollipop?
