[HOW-TO] Note 3 Connection Issues Fix

So I started a thread in the original galaxy note 3 thread and thought I would link here since it pertains to some Sprint users. This is how to get your LTE working if you bought an international phone for a USA carrier like I did (n900p) for Sprint which really calls by default a Japan radio baseband.
