How to load newly compiled kernel in Galaxy s5 SM_G900F

Hi all,
I had successfully root my galaxy s5 SM-G900F, now I want to load my galaxy with newly build kernel, so please tell how do I boot my new kernel, and also tell me is there any need to unlock its bootloader…?
