How to get Weather and Calendar on WP7.8 Lockscreen?

Hi Folks,
the standard WP7.8 Lockscreen is totally crap. Can you guys tell me how to get Weather and Appointments on Lockscreen without rooting? Are there any good Apps? I cant find some in the marketplace :(
