How to access/open a file with .jpg.pl extension?

Hello Every 1. :)
I've a file with .jpg.pl extension which was locked with a photo locker a long time ago and I don't remember which it was. :confused:
Now All I have is a .jpg.pl extension file which I'm unable to open...
Any 1 with a solution for this issue?
