How I get clipboard on every app??

I need to use clipboard on every app.
Why the samsung clipboard works only in some apps (like on samsung message)?

How I get the button for the clipboard on every app?? :confused:


ps. I dont use the samsung keyboard, swiftkey is my keyboard!
