how do I undo the loki_tool's lokification process on the old AutoRec.apk?

I'm currently locked into the bootstack they provided-- whenever I change to one of Blastigators I wind up with a "Boot Certification Verify" error. Restoring the aboot, boot, laf, etc. rectifies this, but I'd like to be able to swap between my DD KK stock and Lollipop.
