[help][ze551ml]4/64 after clearing cache

During clearing cache using stock recovery. Not the usual clearing cache it takes 5 mins so i think i need to reboot it by press and holding the power button. When i start my phone, after the boot logo, instead of the usual loading screen, sleeping andriod logo appeared and i stuck on it.

Please help me. Any suggestion and recommendation is highly appreciated. TIA. :confused:
