Help

Hi everyone, a few days ago I rooted my s3 installed a new rom and today i decided i wanted to allow all my apps to be installed on my sd card, i founf out i didnt have root so i used the same method to gain root at first... now my mobile is in boot loop and in recovery mod (3e) I can't install any roms it comes up with signature fail. any advice, help? thanks
