Help! Verizon i605 wont restore

ok for the past 3-4 months i have been running alliance build 30 this morning the phone was laggy and acting up it randomly restarted itself around 9am and started giving me errors bouncing between samsung keyboard not found (ok) followed by com.android.gapps has stopped (ok) then the phone restarted on its own again and put out the previous two mentioned followed by System UIDs Inconsistent UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable" followed with an option to click a button saying (I'm feeling lucky) ... ok so i started to get annoyed to i went and did a factory reset in between clicking ok... from the previous messages the phone rebooted after 10 minutes or so... and went instantly into twrp i clicked reboot /system and it came back no operating system found... i shut it off and waiting until now to try again i had a recovery backup saved and tried to restore that with twrp but this is what its outputting
