(HELP) upgrading of os from 4.2.2 to 5.0.1

Am new to flashing of stock firmware on Samsung and have been finding it hard to download 4.3 OS from Samsung updates due to premium account and I can't do OTA update. I just want to know if I can flash 5.0.1 with odin directly to my 4.2.2. I will also appreciate it if I can get another download link for firmware apart from rapidgator for s4 gt-i19500
