[Help] T330NU Wifi won't turn on after flashing 5.1.1

I used Samsung's smartswitch to flash my Tab 4 (T330NU) to latest Android lollipop V5.1.1. Everything seems good except the wifi won't turn on. Could anyone help?

BTW, TWRP seems to be removed. Can I reinstall TWRP?
