help rooting.

ok stock cricket htc desire510.

i decided to root this device is there a guide and if so could the link be provided.

also how safe is the rooting and unlock process.

i truely wish some one could have informed the this tool was safe.(link below.)

ps: yes i know i assume all risks involved in the unlock and root process.
also if kingo root is needed just forget it one bricked device from that is enough!
