[Help] My Vivo RT stuck due to mistakenly reseting the device after format partion

Hello everyone.

When I tried to downgrade my Vivo RT back to 8.0, I mistakenly shut down the device. Sadly I wiped the OS partition already, and the result is I cannot boot it up.

When I do press and hold the volume-down button while press and release the power button with the recovery usb, the result is the picture below.
