[HELP] Galaxy Note 3 N900L Tripped Knox cant update software

Hello there! I would like to ask if there's a way to update my phone even tho my Knox is tripped already. I'm looking for a lollipop rom or any other custom rom better than kitkat :( THANK YOU in Advance
