Have 4G but no Lte on my ATT unlocked G3 with NET10 provider

Bought unlocked from Amazon. Used sim card from HTC 1 that had Lte no problem. Used same APN settings. Get full functionality but no Lte service. Has android 5.0.1, 4g lte switcher app did not work, nor did the hidden options screen, I had no rat settings shown to change. Thanks for any help you can give. My APN settings are:
