I did adb reboot recovery once and once I managed to get into a 'Safe Mode' and since then I've noticed two things:
It would charge completely before I slept and then in the morning would be at 95% or something and today I noticed it at 88 and dropping very very fast as I used it in the morning.
It's down way too fast.
Also though I tried turning the smart keys option on and off, the double tap volume down still doesn't open the camera.
I'm very tempted to just do a factory reset and hope that fixes everything. I've never rooted but I'd think that something on the system partition has changed, I see 20% battery is used by 'Phone Idle' which never was even in the list before.
With the system partition changed it should fail the checksum that it does on the system to do OTA updates and it probably won't update but so far it hasn't given me an explicit error for it.
Anyone else notice these things? Did it get better after a factory reset?
