Here's the deal,
Things that you'll need:
1) A transparent back case.

In short you need a basic transparent back case, I use the Spigen Ultra-Hybrid Gunmetal.
2) You need a cutout for the back, there are multiple ways of doing it. If you buy a ringke fusion you get a cutout for free. If you dont like it, you can make it yourself. Place the phone on a white paper, outline the case using a pencil. Cut along the outline. you can leave a little space and cut along depending how thick your bumper is. Now place the cutout in the case and see if you need any adjustments. Similarly make a camera viewport cutout. Now you should have piece of paper that exactly fits into the case.
3) Take a good printout of whatever you want to show off and using the cutout you made as a reference, make the printed cutout you want in your case.
4) Voila! you are done. If you do it precisely you should have a flawless custom made back case. Mine almost looks like it is printed on the polycarbonate back.
