INTRODUCTION
Hey there XDA Users! In today's Android development world, "optimizations" and "flags" are used to improve performance and many aspects of ROMs, Kernels, apps, and more. Some of these have seemingly become buzzwords, thrown out when developers and ROM chefs want to say that their work is fast. These can be overwhelming, as there are maaaannnnnyyy flags. Here's a small document I've made to help simplify things.
