Galaxy s4 has no sound what so ever!

Hi guys, so I have a cricket galaxy s4 (old cricket), and it has no sound what so ever whether it be from the main speaker, ear peace, or if I put earphones into the headphone jack. The microphones don't work either when sound is gone, and I'm wondering why this is. I don't think it's a software issue because no matter if I flash to another rom I still get no sound but I may be wrong. The audio sometimes works like normal , and when the audio comes back the micrphones start working again but then it goes away if it's like shaken or something. So can you guys help me out? I'm not sure if this is some deep software problem or a hardware problem (think it might be charging port?), hopefully you guys can help out thanks. :D
