G4 H815 in the US - service

Ello, I picked up a G4 - H815 a few months ago. And this week the screen just started going crazy. Ghost clicks and swipes didnt matter if i was holding it or it was on a table. Ive had a tempered glass screen protector on it the whole time I have owned it. It hasnt been dropped or wet.

I tried LG's site to register the phone but this model isnt listed I guess due to the international model. Has anyone else been able to get theirs in for service from the US and if so how? Just looking for alittle help.
