Franco Kernel not asking for SuperSU permissions

I recently installed Franco Kernel updater and tried to use the auto flash option. When I pressed it, the app crashed and now I don't know what to do. However I do have a feeling that it is because the app didn't ask for superuser permission. If there is a fix for this, help would be very much appreciated!
