FlymeOS Lollipop can be ported?

Hey guys. I did some searching,and managed to find this site:http://www.ez-pg.com/good-news-port-...any-phone.html

As far as I can see,it is a "tool" to make Flyme PORTable to any phone.

Could anyone try to use that tool?
