External hard drive can't be mounted??

I just got a Shield Pro (only due to the fact that I was able to get the Pro with the remote and stand for 4) and I'm trying to connect my NFTS 3TB external hard drive, but it won't mount. I read somewhere the Shield can't recognize a hard drive with multiple partitions so I extended the original partition and now there is only one, but it still won't mount no matter what I do.

Any thoughts, tips, tricks or advice on how to get it mounted will be greatly appreciated.
