ERROR: EXITED SYNC DUE TO FECTH ERROS. mistake in wanting to download repositories

as the title says I have always this error downloading . that passes with any rom .and try to download with this REPO SYNC -F
so the download progresses well but moving too fast so when is ending gives this error siemore


and when I put the normal command is REPO SYNC, always gives this error


and try more than 4 different Linux distributions and nothing.

and

* sudo apt-get install g++-multilib gcc-multilib lib32ncurses5-dev lib32readline-gplv2-dev lib32z1-dev


My laptop is an ASUS x550za
8gb ram
AMD A10 QUADCORE 2.50GHZ

please if anyone knows any solution Help me
