Enhanced Messaging Issues

Has anyone experienced any issues recently with the enhanced messaging setup in the stock messaging app? It went from working on Saturday to not functioning last night. It shows up whether a phone is also using enhanced messaging but won't deliver the message. Any help would be great. Swithed Roms, unregistered and re-registered with the same issue.
