Emojis on GT-P6800

Hello guys,

i need some help with my GT-P6800 please.
my problem is that the emoji never show
they appear as hashes or question marks,

some friends asked me to use the GO Keyboard to solve the issue,
well the keyboard shows emojis on it normally but as soon as i send the message or when i receive a message with emojis on it they don't appear!

would you please help me to fix that as it's really important to me
