the guys at mobilesyrup have done a nice shootout with the 2 cameras -- and the results are good, imo, on the X Play side.
indeed, it could've been better with an improved camera app from Motorola, but that could come in a later update. for now, all I can say, that for half the price of a S6/Edge, the Moto X Play does pretty well on the camera sector. so, can't wait for my order to arrive! :)
