I purchased my Note 4 from Craigslist and put in a request to At&t for getting the unlock code. They said that the device is still under contract but is not blacklisted. I tried reaching out to the seller but the person doesn't anwer my calls (no surprises here!)
So I'm wondering if it's possbile to downgrade my Note 4 from 4.4.4 to 4.3 and ue the RegionLock away. I did a quick search and did not find info on this but I do remember reading about the impossibility of being able to downgrade furthur down from 4.4.4. Can someone please confirm?
