[DONATION] ADB Tools for Windows 10 Mobile

Hi. I am an android contributor, especially developing PC tools (See here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/noki...-root-t3127802)

Its main goal will be installing apk files over adb and controlling device by adb magic. (changing imei etc...)

I am ready for developing enhanced PC Tools for Windows 10 Mobile OS.
But I need a Lumia device. (Currently using Nokia X2)

I am living in Turkey and I need a Windows 10 Mobile Dev Edition installable lumia device for starting development.
Can anyone donate me it? I prefer a Turkish donator. I will re-send device after finising tool.
Other donations should be money:( (You cant transfer a mobile device to Turkey)
