Do i have a faulty camera on my z1?

Hello, please check these photos taken with
my z1, and tell me if my camera is faulty or not?

The sun was almost down at that time but still bright enough for a nice picture in my opinion :(

I had my nokia n95 on my other pocket and it's photos had more detail and quality :(
