Disable touch screen input via console

Hi,

is it possible to disable the touchscreen of this phone via a console command, for example over SSH?

For a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, I was told there's a control file named /sys/class/sec/tsp/input/enabled, and the touchscreen could be entirely disabled with:

However the Galaxy Fame doesn't have such control file.
Can this be worked around?
