Device not charging (bricked device)

I had an issue with my touch screen and tried multiple ROM's attempting to fix the touch screen bug and had no luck and ended up bricking my device I am trying to unbrick it but am unable to do so as my device has no juice and it will just not charge like it just stays at 0% on the battery screen or just stays at Battery Low on fastboot please help me I really need to get my phone working again as I am stuck with a terrible replacement that cannot even run youtube without lag and has problems when trying to message friends and family.
