Device Is Properly Not Rooted

Hi
I am using Huawei Ascend P7-L10 I tried to root my phone using Kingo root app (PC) version 1.3 but rooting failed then I tried Kingo Android App it successfully root my phone and kingo super Su was installed then I don't know what happened my phone automatically restarted and I tried the app xmodgame it say your phone is not rooted please root it first but kingo super Su was still on my phone.
I contact to Kingo root Help form and they ask me to try our new app version 1.4 I tried it but problem was same I contact to them but no one reply me when I tried to root using pc app my phone hang and automatically restarted.
I tried this app again and after some time my phone restarted and there was a message on my phone.
Message was:
Unfortunately boot failed, get more information from Emui.com
Long Press 6 second to shutdown
Or
Long press volume down to rescue mod
When I press volume button it says phone is locked then I power off it and after some time I on it
After trying to root some of my apps especially Watsapp is not working
Please Help Me I am really missing Watsapp.
Please Help mo to completely remove this root access and tell me how to solve this problem & my device details are below Please tell me how to reinstall official fimware on device
Please Note that I hard reset my device many time but the problem was still there the Super Su was there
