Developer Edition has screen burn in....will samsung fix under warrenty?

Just looking for some opinions. My Dev edition is about 10 months old. A little under a year. Im rooted, do you guys think samsung will replace the screen for free under warrenty? The pull down bar is starting to burn in pretty heavily.
