Date format mixed in several apps

Hi there,
after going to CM12.1 I noticed, that in several apps the day and month is mixed when showing dates.
It seems to be fine if the month is written in Text, but if it is just numbers, the day and month is mixed.

Anyone know what this could be? I can't find any setting that could cause that.
