D6503 Bootloop, USB Debugging Off

Hi,

I was downgrading my D6503 with flashtools and Somehow I missed USB Debugging step and now Phone is in bootloop with USB Debugging OFF.
Is there any method where we can flash firmware with USB Debug off?? Also No Recovery.

Please help me guys.
