[D2306] New Bootloader

Anyone can create for me a TFT with the new bootloader or teach me how to create with flashtools ??
I need to install the CM 12.1 but can not, because emma find no compatible device with mine. I've used several stock flashes, already installed several kernel, most are unable to success.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!
