Cyanogen Recovery give me erro Xperia SP

Hi guys i am new here and very happy to be part of the team, i need some help ! I have installed the Cyanogen mod 12 on my device, but it came with the Cyanogen Recovery witch has no restore backup option, then i try to flash by him the AOKP rom, just for get in to a new recovery for restore my backup, but it gives error, i try to flash other recoveries but everything gives an error message. The only thing that can flash is the gapps for the CM and give a downgrade for the CM11, but the recovery is the same. I try to flash by the sideload too but its all the same, try by the fastboot but my device keeps the blue led for a few seconds and then turn off. I'll be real glad if anyone can help me, i have a backup from the CWM and i am be thinking if there is a way of restore by sideloader :confused:
