CWM Recovery loop (Not usual bootlop)

Hey guy's, I'm having a problem whith my s3 which's driving me crazy.

The steps were these:
1. Put your phone on download mode
2.open odin and select option *auto reboot*re-partition*f.reset time *Nand erase all
3.select **GT-I9300.PIT** as pit file(DO NOT SELECT ANY OTHER ONE)
4. click start(after finishing task phone will reboot )
5.now download CF-Root for SGS3 v6.4 from here-------> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1695238
6. again put phone in download mode and root your phone with CF-Root (file you downloaded)

I'm stuck in step 6. The phone restarts, automatically the script which installs SuperSU starts running
It mounts /system and rootfs
It removes old files
It creates space (Sometimes it just restarts at this point, and when it boots, the script start again up to this point)

Sometimes it get past the creating space, and reaches the "Unmounting /system", but it hangs there for a while, and then the phone restarts again , and the script start running again and again and again..

I can enter download mode, but can't enter in recovery mode cause when I try it, the scripts starts and reboots my phone to start again..

Any ideas??
